TopFloorStudio launched Shoe Designer, a new mobile app developed and designed for Asheville's Sarah Cecil. Fashion fans can design their own shoe with the app's library of heels, insteps, colors and textures. The free app is available for iPhone, iPod touch and iPad with future add-on packs for purchase.
